What starts as a seemingly normal makeup tutorial quickly spirals into something far more disturbing. In the video, a woman named Nikki offers beauty tips via a split-screen setup — one half showing her applying makeup, the other streaming a Facebook Live. But mid-routine, things take a dark turn.
Suddenly, the feed glitches. A loud beeping noise overtakes the audio, and eerie CCTV footage replaces the livestream. Nikki appears to fall into a trance-like state and begins violently slamming her head onto the keyboard, leaving viewers stunned and unsettled.
The bizarre clip first surfaced in 2014, released by someone who claimed to be a hacker. They alleged that the footage was extracted from 15 hacked IP cameras inside a mansion at an undisclosed location. According to the uploader, what they discovered pointed to paranormal occurrences — and the unexplained disappearance of four individuals.
The video directed viewers to a cryptic website known as The 15 Experience, now defunct, which featured a collection of similarly creepy found footage. Although many speculated it was an elaborate marketing campaign for a film or web series, others weren’t so sure. The video regained traction in 2017 after the supposed hacker returned online with an update following a two-year silence.
To this day, whether the footage was a hoax, viral horror storytelling, or something more sinister remains up for debate — but it continues to haunt corners of the internet with its unsettling imagery.
