Marion County authorities have arrested a 27-year-old woman after an investigation revealed she allegedly shared and sold explicit videos involving an animal on social media platforms.
According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the case began on January 28 when deputies received an anonymous tip reporting an Instagram video that appeared to show Logan Guminski engaging in sexual acts with a Chihuahua. The report prompted detectives to open a formal investigation.

During the inquiry, investigators uncovered multiple photos and videos allegedly depicting Guminski with the animal. Law enforcement officials say Guminski later admitted during questioning that she created and distributed the content online through the subscription platform Fansly, where she described herself as a content creator.

Detectives also stated that Guminski acknowledged selling one of the videos to another individual for $500 via Snapchat. Additional recordings involving other dogs were reportedly found on her mobile device.
The case was handled by Detective Jordyn Batts of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, who said incidents of this nature, while deeply disturbing, are not unprecedented.
“These cases are always shocking, especially when reviewing the evidence,” Batts said. “Unfortunately, it’s not the first time I’ve encountered something like this.”
Guminski was arrested on March 21 and charged with sexual activity involving an animal and recording such activity. Jail records indicate she was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
Correction and Update on Animal Welfare Status
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office initially reported that the dogs involved had been removed from the residence. Officials later clarified that while deputies waited for Marion County Animal Control to respond, the animals were not taken into custody.
County representatives explained that animal control requires a court-issued warrant to remove animals from a home. As of the time of this report, court records do not show that such a warrant has been filed. Authorities say updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
